Since the day we were established in 1980, we’ve taken pride in our slow steps to make fast food. Early each day in every Amigos kitchen, our crews are making recipes from scratch for the flavors and foods you love.
Why do we do it? This food is for our friends, and we happen to think that matters!
SLOW-COOKED PINTO BEANS AND BLACK BEANS
We soak beans overnight & simmer in the morning, mixing in special seasonings and fresh veggies like onion, cilantro & jalapeño.
FAMOUS RANCH DRESSING
What says homemade at Amigos better than ranch dressing? The magic starts with rich buttermilk & ends with delicious seasonings.
SCRATCH-MADE ENCHILADA SAUCE
We chop, sauté, season, thicken, boil and simmer for this multi-step scratch recipe to make our one-of-a-kind enchilada sauce.
FRESH TACO SHELLS, CHIPS AND TORTILLA BOWLS
Every day we’re busy cutting, frying and shaping corn and flour tortillas into chips, taco shells, Crispos and Taco Salad bowls.
FRESH PICO DE GALLO & HANDMADE SALSAS
We chop fresh vegetables, grill peppers, measure seasonings and mix batches of scratch recipes for our spicy salsa, salsa verde, diablo salsa and pico de gallo, all found on our self-serve salsa bar!
GUACAMOLE
We make batch upon batch of avocado mixed with freshly squeezed limes and diced vegetables. The recipe was handcrafted for Amigos by our corporate chef.
SPECIALLY SEASONED GRILLED CHICKEN
Every morning we marinate tender, white chicken with special seasonings and then grill to a light golden brown.
STEAMED MEXICAN RICE AND CILANTRO LIME RICE
We steam rice, mixing in fresh cilantro for our Cilantro Lime Rice and freshly diced and sautéed vegetables for our Mexican Rice.
