Where do I sign up?
Signing up is simple. You can sign up here or download our app and create your rewards account. You can also sign up when ordering online or simply tell us your phone number when ordering in the drive thru or inside.
How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy! Show us the in-app QR code or your phone number when ordering, or earn points automatically when you order online or in the app.
How much are points worth?
Every dollar you spend, you will receive 100 points. Once you’ve reached 5,000 points, a $10 reward to be used on any visit is automatically loaded to your account. Also, pay close attention to the special deals and rewards that are exclusively for app users.
Do my points ever expire?
Your points don’t expire! Keep on earning.
Do my rewards ever expire?
The $10 reward at 5,000 points expires after 6 months. Individual deals and rewards will have varying expiration dates.
How do I redeem a reward?
If you’re ordering at an Amigos restaurant, simply check-in with your QR code or phone number, and tell us which reward to redeem. If you’re ordering online, simply select one of the available rewards during checkout.
Can I redeem a reward, promo code, or another offer and earn points in the same order?
You bet! You earn points on every purchase, so if you’re redeeming a reward, every dollar worth of food you order over that reward, you still earn 100 points.
What if I forgot to give my code when ordering?
We’re here to help. Click this link and send us a picture of your receipt. We’ll get your points added as soon as we can.
I just ordered food through the app or in store, but my points aren’t there – can you help?
We don’t like to wait either. Unfortunately, all that business in the cloud might take a minute to sync up. If you still don’t see the points after 24 hours, send us an email, or contact us here.
Can I earn and redeem points at any Amigos?
You can at any Amigos in Lincoln, Omaha or Seward. The stores in central and western Nebraska will be ready for you soon!
What if I accidentally check out as a guest in the app or online?
No worries, send us a picture or screenshot of your receipt by using the link here.
Do catering orders earn rewards points?
Yep! You’ll earn 10 points for every $1 spent. Let our catering manager know you’re a rewards member when placing your order and we’ll add points to your account. If you forget to do that, no worries, fill out this form, and we’ll get the points added to your account.
Can I earn points on delivery fees, taxes, or other third-party platforms?
Delivery fees, tips, taxes aren’t eligible to earn points, and neither are purchases made on third-party platforms (such as Doordash or ezCater). Don’t worry though, you can order delivery and catering online or through the app to earn your points!
Can I earn points if I pay with a gift card?
You will earn points when you pay with an Amigos gift card if you order through the Amigos app or check-in at the register. Keep in mind, gift card purchases are not eligible to earn points.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
On the app login screen, simply push ‘Forgot password’, and you’ll be emailed a reset password link. You can also reset your password here.
Where can I see a receipt from my order?
If you ordered online or in the app, retrieve receipts by clicking on the ‘Recent Orders’ tab or under ‘My Account’. If you ordered in-store, you can ask the store for a copy of the receipt the same day.
